Impact

Since 2006, we have invested 75 micro-grants into 16 different community-based partners. The average income-generating micro-grant is $514.95. The average annual profit per partner as a result of income generation is $647.52. This means that every year, nearly $650 USD is re-invested into the community-based organization, enabling them to expand the quantity and improve the quality of their social services.

Through our partner organizations, we are actively supporting:

• 4,000 young students with a meal and an education;
• 1,400 orphaned children with a loving and caring home environment;
• 102 young girls at risk of involvement in the commercial sex trade with opportunities to earn income in a dignified and healthy way;
• 500 small businesses with critical financial services so that they can continue and expand their life’s work; and
• 425 individuals living with HIV/AIDS by providing home-based care and assistance along with vocational training.
