Please join us on November 30th and December 1st! More than 35 non-profit and socially conscious vendors will join together at Denver First Church to share their inspiring missions and one-of-a-kind goods with hundreds of Denver shoppers. We want you to be a part of it! Click here to see our vendor list. If you’d like to volunteer at this event, please use this link to find available opportunities.
We are excited to announce that Compleat Gourmet & Gifts is co-sponsoring Shop for a Cause: Shop. Learn. Make a Difference! Please click here to find the event on Facebook and invite your friends.
As a local business and an importer of Fair Trade products, Compleat Gourmet & Gifts is committed to educating consumers about the power of their shopping dollars in changing lives for the better. We are working together to add a stronger educational element to the market, as well as more entertainment and food providers. Shop for a Cause will be a larger and more complete event than ever before!
Shop for a Cause features a wide variety of products from artisans who live right here in Denver and all around the globe (Africa, Asia, and across the Americas). Select something special for all the special “someones” in your life! Give them a gift they won’t find anywhere else or indulge in something meaningful for yourself!
By purchasing products from these vendors, you not only receive something one-of-a-kind, beautiful, made-with-care, and remarkable, but you also empower someone in the fight against poverty and promote social justice globally. Your shopping really does make a difference!
You will also find a wide variety of home-based businesses at Shop for a Cause. It’s a perfect place to check out the latest from Threads Global (a brand new company – be among the first to see their incredible jewelry and accessories!), Pampered Chef, Creative Memories, Thirty-one, and more! ALL of these entrepreneurial vendors have generously agreed to donate at least 10% of their profits to support The 1010 Project’s social entrepreneurs in Kenya.
