Yesterday Josephine led ten students in The GEA in Nairobi through the basics of entrepreneurship. Two mentors from the business community joined the Academy to cover:

• Setting goals and expectations for the 8-session academy
• Clarifying Personal Values & Creating Vision Statement
• Systems Theory/Thinking
• Importance of Business Planning
• SWOT Analysis
